Touch of Evil

Orson Welles’ noir classic. Mexican narcotics detective Charlton Heston sees his honeymoon cut short when a car crossing the U.S.-Mexico border explodes in front of him. He mounts an investigation, but soon locks horns with an American cop played by Welles, who plays fast and loose with the evidence. One of Welles’ best films, with great acting and stunning black and white cinematography courtesy of Russell Metty.
