In the Good Old Summertime

In this musical adaptation of the classic Lubitsch film The Shop Around the Corner, Judy Garland plays a charismatic shop girl at a music store in turn of the century Chicago and Van Johnson plays her competitive co-worker. The two are rivals, until one of them discovers they are in-fact romantic pen-pals. Featuring seven catchy songs and great supporting performances by Buster Keaton and S.Z. Sakall.
