That is, until she’s informed that she’s a vampire slayer destined to rid the world of the fierce bloodsuckers who are ready to wage a war on her suburban Californian town. Repurposed as a much more serious, well-known television series after the film’s release, BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER is ‘90s cult classic that perfectly balances outright comedy with horror.
